Developed, refined and trialed over several years, these recipes will minimize wastage and ensure customer loyalty. We can also use our Juice Bar to develop new, unique drinks to suit your business.

The service includes a sophisticated spreadsheet to help you analyse the costs and profit margins of every menu item simply by changing the unit cost of any ingredient.

4. Optimised shop layout

We use your floor plans and business ideas to suggest a layout of your equipment and workstations for maximum efficiency. We can also provide you with floor plans of existing juice bars. This will keep your labour costs down, make your service times quicker and help ensure you get council approval from a health and safety viewpoint.
